Who is running this casting
This casting is organised by Samsa Film S.à r.l., 238C rue de Luxembourg, L-8077 Bertrange, Luxembourg ("we", "us"), for the television series Troublemaker ("the Series").

By submitting an application through johnnychicago.lu, or by taking part in an on-site casting session, you accept these terms.
Who can apply
- You must be 18 or older on the day you apply.
- Fluency in Luxembourgish is expected for this role.
Applications from people under 18 will be deleted without assessment.
What you submit
You are asked to provide your name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, region of residence, one photograph, and one short video (maximum 10 seconds).
You confirm that:
- the information you give is accurate;
- you appear in the photograph and the video, and you are the only identifiable person in them;
- the material is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights;
- the material contains nothing unlawful or offensive.
We may remove any submission that does not meet these conditions, without notice.
What we do with your submission
Your submission is assessed by the casting team and the production team of the Series. We may invite you to a callback or an in-person casting session. We are under no obligation to respond individually to every application, to invite you to any further stage, or to cast anyone at all.
You keep all rights in your photograph and video. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, view and internally share that material for the sole purpose of assessing you for this casting, for the retention period set out in Part B.
This licence does not permit us to publish, broadcast or advertise using your material. Any public or promotional use requires your separate, specific and written consent, which you are free to refuse without affecting your application.
No payment, no engagement
Applying is free. Taking part in the casting, at any stage, creates no employment relationship and no entitlement to payment, expenses, or travel costs, unless separately agreed in writing. Any engagement to appear in the Series will be the subject of a separate contract.
Confidentiality
Any script pages, scenes, character information or production details shared with you during the casting are confidential. You may not publish, forward or post them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. The courts of Luxembourg City have exclusive jurisdiction. ;

What we collect
When you apply online: first and last name; email address; telephone number; date of birth; region of residence; a photograph of you; a video recording of you; and technical data generated when you use the site (see section 8).
At an in-person casting session: the same categories, plus the video and photographs recorded on site, and any notes made by the casting team about your audition.
Why, and on what legal basis
You are not obliged to provide any of this data. If you do not, we cannot assess your application.
A note on your image: photographs and video of you are ordinary personal data under the GDPR. We do not run facial recognition or any other automated technique that would turn them into biometric data, and we do not make any decision about you by automated means.
Who sees it
- The casting team and the production team of the Series at Samsa Film.
- The casting director, Tun Biever.
- Our service providers, acting on our instructions and under a written data processing agreement.
- Cargo Collective Inc. (United States), which hosts johnnychicago.lu.
- [form and upload provider], which receives and stores your photograph and video.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Your photograph and video are stored by [form and upload provider] on servers in the European Union.
Our website host, Cargo Collective Inc., is established in the United States and stores data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers to Cargo take place under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Applications not taken forward: deleted within [3] months of the close of the casting.
- Applications taken to a later stage: kept until the role is cast, and then for [12] months.
- The person cast: kept for the duration of the production and as required by contract and by law.
- Record of your consent: kept for [the applicable limitation period] after deletion of the underlying material.
Deletion applies everywhere the material sits — with the form and upload provider, and in any working copies held by Samsa Film or the casting director.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to samsa@samsa.lu. Withdrawing is free, has no consequence for you, and does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew. Once you withdraw, we delete your photograph and video and stop assessing your application.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, www.cnpd.lu.
The website itself
johnnychicago.lu is built on Cargo. Cargo records the IP addresses of visitors for technical, security, and statistical purposes, and sets the cookies necessary for the site to function.
